Responsibilities崗位職責：
1. 新供應商品質保證能力的評定
Evaluate new suppliers on their capability of QA/QC
2. 供應商新產品的品質風險評定，包括供應商新產品的首檢,如果必要
Evaluate the quality risk on new component of suppliers, including quality check on first batch of production, if needed
3. 供應商不良品問題分析，要求和協(xié)助供應商找到對策
Analyze defective samples and defective reasons, support and require supplier to find CAPA (Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions)
4. 跟蹤，驗證和確認供應商質量問題的糾正預防措施
Follow up, verify and validate on CAPA provided by suppliers
5. 幫助供應商對產品質量和制程進行持續(xù)改善
Support suppliers on continuous improvement of product quality and production process

Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
履行領導交辦的其他要求、指導或分配的職責。

Requirements要求：
1. 機械等或模具專業(yè)大專（含）以上學歷
College degree or above – Major in mechanical engineering or tooling
2. 3年以上供應商質量管理經驗或品檢部管理經驗
3 years or above experience in SQE or QC management level
3. 對注塑件，或沖壓件，或壓鑄件等的加工工藝，電鍍工藝等有一定了解
Familiar to e-coating, injection, or stamping, or die-casting
4. 溝通能力, 協(xié)調能力，問題分析和優(yōu)化能力
