Responsibilities:
Prepare UPS, DC and AC power supply application designs for and with customer and sales
Manage technical bidding process
Provide presales support to Sales including customer presentations and vists.
Supervise presales engineering team
Study needs to adapt BENNING systems to China Market (Standards/Environment)
Study competing products and solutions
Manage technical project/contract fulfillment
Present BENNING solutions to and discuss with relevant institutes and government bodies
Communicate with HQ in Germany for bidding preparation, solution design and product marketing.

Requirements:
University degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation. Power Electronics specialization is an advantage.
2 to 3 years work experience with technical marketing and bidding document preparation. Experience with complex projects such as Transportation, Oil&Gas or NPP projects is a plus.
3 to 5 years work experience as system design or application engineer for industrial or commercial power supplies such as industrial UPS, Rectifier, Inverters or low voltage distributions.
Work experience in foreign company is a plus.
Familiar with relevant international and local standards
Experience with MS OFFICE and drawing tools such as MS VISIO to CAD systems (AutoCAD or similar)
Project management and communication skills
Responsible and team oriented
Very good oral and written English command
Chinese mother tongue
