Location: Kunshan.(昆山) This position could include business traveling but not in normal situation. Regular visits to Etteplan Shanghai office may be required. Basic Purpose of This Position: The position has two primary objectives1) To manage and develop Etteplan Kunshan financial management, ensuring that Etteplan Kunshan financial operations fulfill Chinese laws and regulations and at the same time fulfill Etteplan group company requirements.2) Act as business controller for Etteplan China including business analysis for Etteplan China, defining and monitoring financial business KPI’s and analyze reasons for possible variations.
Main Job Description/Mission:
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
1 Etteplan Kunshan bookkeeping and financial control duties:* Lead a team of 3 people* Conduct the bookkeeping of Etteplan Kunshan to comply with PRC account rules* Responsible for fulfilling the reporting duties for Etteplan Kunshan (PRC statutory reporting, auditing coordination, IFRS reporting to Etteplan Group, monthly Operative reporting) * Responsible for tax related issues (e.g. monthly tax filing, tax payment, etc)* Manage the Account Receivable and Cash flow follow up
2 Etteplan China level business controller:* Consolidate Etteplan China financial reporting to group* Be the financial matter expert for Etteplan EPR system (Maconomy)* Follow up Etteplan China result against budget and forecast* Create and follow-up KPIs for business* Analyze reasons for variations in actual results, dig into details* Analyze development in KPIs, dig into details* Participate and report in Etteplan China management team* Development of Etteplan China financial reporting Key Requirement: Experience Requirements* This position requires knowledge of normal office work as a Finance Manager or similar. Relevant work experience min. 5 years Education requirements* M.Sc in Business Administration or similar Language Requirement:* Good verbal and written skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin) are required
Preferred knowledge and skills: * Have knowledge of different accounting and office tools and software’s. *Business understanding -Experience from service business is considered advantage, but is not a must -Project business understanding*Financial and accounting knowledge, IFRS and PRC*MS Office tools*ERP* The ability to communicate clearly and remain well organized and calm in spite of multiple distractions and demands is essential. * Be a good financial team leader and be good in communication with other stakeholders, such as operations director, department and project managers.
